Spirepacks Ltd - Terms and Conditions

 

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch all our products within 24 hours of cleared payments received (except weekends and bank holidays).

Items up to 1kg are sent by royal mail and items over 1kg are sent by courier service Monday to Friday (except weekends and bank holidays).

Very large items are sent as pallet service.

Please note that a signature is required on delivery and therefore make sure there is someone at the provided address to receive delivery unless agreed otherwise. We can also deliver to a different address such as place of work, nominated neighbour, or leave unattended at your own risk to a specific area within your address such as porch, green house, garage and so on. Failure to do so will result to fail delivery and a re-delivery charge will be applied.

Royal mail – 1-3 working days

Courier service UK mainland – next working day

Courier service other (British Isles, Scottish highlands, Scottish isles and Northern Ireland) – 1-5 working days

All deliveries are estimates and we shall not be responsible to delay or failure caused due to royal mail and courier service.

Delivery costs

Under 1 kg (royal mail). Flat rate of £2.00 for 1 or multiple items.

Over 1 kg UK mainland (courier service) flat rate of £10.00 for 1 or multiple items.

Over 1kg outside UK mainland courier service (British Isles, Scottish highlands, Scottish isles and Northern Ireland) - flat rate of £20.00 for 1 or multiple items.

Very large items pallet service UK mainland only - £80.00

Spirepacks Ltd - Returns and Refunds

 

You have the right to cancel your order if you wish to within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept unused products in original packaging that are unopened. You will have to contact us for a return authorisation number which will be issued by us.

Please note original cost of delivery is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returns. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued minus a re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the product subject to the packaging being unopened and the product unused.

Spirepacks Ltd - Warranty and Repairs

 

All our machines are supplied with a full 12 months return to base warranty from the invoice date. Your invoice is your proof of purchase and warranty. We are unable to repair or replace your machine without a copy of your invoice.

NB. We cannot repair or replace your machine due to general wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, misuse or if tampered with. Wear and tear parts such as heating element, cutting element, teflon, silicone strips, cutters, blades and fuses are not covered under warranty.

All our machines are fully checked and tested by us in the UK before leaving our warehouse.

Damaged goods in transit should be reported here within 24 hrs of delivery.

In the unlikely event that the machine develops a fault, it must be sent to our service centre for repairs or replacement. The machine can be brought in or sent to our service centre with all relevent documents at your own cost.

Should no fault be found and the machine is in fully working order, a fee of £15.00 will be charged including the cost of re-delivery back to you.
