All our machines are supplied with a full 12 months return to base warranty from the invoice date. Your invoice is your proof of purchase and warranty. We are unable to repair or replace your machine without a copy of your invoice.
NB. We cannot repair or replace your machine due to general wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, misuse or if tampered with. Wear and tear parts such as heating element, cutting element, teflon, silicone strips, cutters, blades and fuses are not covered under warranty.
All our machines are fully checked and tested by us in the UK before leaving our warehouse.
Damaged goods in transit should be reported here within 24 hrs of delivery.
In the unlikely event that the machine develops a fault, it must be sent to our service centre for repairs or replacement. The machine can be brought in or sent to our service centre with all relevent documents at your own cost.
Should no fault be found and the machine is in fully working order, a fee of ?15.00 will be charged including the cost of re-delivery back to you.
